India, May 25 -- The National Capital is facing scorching heat, and in such times, Delhi Traffic Police has come up with a new cooling solution to deal with the severe summer heat while managing traffic on busy roads across the city. Traffic Police officers often stand for long hours at traffic signals, which is not an easy thing in Delhi's summer. Now being given specially designed AC helmets and portable fans to help them stay comfortable during duty. The new equipment is currently being tested as part of a pilot project, which is being launched at Delhi's busiest intersections for now.
