India, July 23 -- Himachal Pradesh School Holiday Today (July 23): The heavy monsoons have disturbed the routine of Himachal Pradesh for yet another time and the administration of Himachal Pradesh is taking precautions due to the heavy rains. There has been a red alert from the IMD of rains that can be expected to be heavy or extremely heavy. Due to this, the schools have been closed down for safety of the students. Other than closing schools, there have been landslides, flash floods, blocked roads and also the halt of pilgrimages due to weather conditions.
