India, Sept. 24 -- Heptathlon Shot Put Live Streaming, Asian Games 2026: Indian heptathletes Anamika Aneesh and Pooja will return to action in the women's heptathlon shot put at the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games on September 24. The event, scheduled for 3:35 PM IST, is the third of seven disciplines in the competition. Both athletes have completed the 100m hurdles and high jump, with Anamika making a notable recovery in the latter after clearing 1.74m for 903 points, while Pooja managed 1.71m and earned 867 points.
