India, May 16 -- A New York judge on Friday declared a mistrial in the third sex crimes trial of disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein. The Manhattan jury deadlocked on a key rape charge, unable to reach a unanimous decision on whether Weinstein, now 74, raped former aspiring actor Jessica Mann, now aged 40, in 2013 in a New York hotel, leaving the high-profile case in legal limbo.
