India, Sept. 16 -- The Hang Seng Index was largely unchanged around the 24,600 level on Wednesday as investors adopted a cautious approach before the US Federal Reserve's policy announcement. The broader market remained under pressure from elevated US Treasury yields and a stronger US dollar. Oil prices also stayed high following concerns over disruptions to Saudi crude shipments.
