India, Sept. 26 -- Rockstar Games has officially unveiled the Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State - Vice City Collection, a limited-edition premium merchandise crate priced at $399.99. As the headlines suggest, the single biggest catch is that the package does not include a copy of the game. Fans looking to play the game on launch day must buy the software separately.
