India, Nov. 1 -- Gold Silver Price Today (November 1): Gold and silver prices in India stayed under pressure as precious metals saw a sharp correction in global markets. On the MCX, gold was trading at around Rs.1.38 lakh per 10 grams, while silver was near Rs.1.79 lakh per kilogram. The fall comes amid profit booking, a stronger US dollar and rising bond yields, as investors reassess expectations of further US Federal Reserve rate hikes after higher-than-expected inflation data.
