India, Oct. 19 -- Gold prices in India on Monday, October 19, stood at Rs.14,804 per gram for 24-karat gold, Rs.13,570 for 22-karat gold and Rs.11,103 for 18-karat gold. Compared with the previous rates, prices increased by Rs.38, Rs.35 and Rs.29 per gram, respectively.

Silver was priced at Rs.230 per gram or Rs.2,30,000 per kilogram. Buyers should note that the quoted gold and silver rates are indicative and may exclude taxes and other charges.
