India, Aug. 6 -- Gold Rate Today (06 August 2026): The gold prices continued with their winning streak as they rallied on 6 August 2026 due to robust international demand for safe-haven investments along with improved market sentiments. The international price of bullion surged to their highest level in seven weeks, whereas local gold prices also appreciated in most of the major Indian cities while the rate of 24K gold prices appreciated by Rs.289 per gram to Rs.14,973, the price of 22K gold appreciated by Rs.265 per gram to Rs.13,725 and the 18K gold appreciated by Rs.217 to Rs.11,230. At the same time, the silver prices also remained unchanged at Rs.240 per gram.
