India, Nov. 7 -- Gold and silver prices in India recorded a marginal decline on Saturday, November 7, as people prepare for festive purchases on Choti Diwali. The price of 24-karat gold stands at Rs.14,345 per gram, while 22-karat gold is available at Rs.13,149 per gram. The rate of 18-karat gold is Rs.10,758 per gram.

Silver is priced at Rs.204.90 per gram, or Rs.2,04,900 per kilogram. Both precious metals have edged lower by small amounts compared with the previous session, according to the rates provided.

With Choti Diwali bringing festive shopping into focus, buyers should check the latest rates before visiting jewellery stores. The final amount paid will also depend on making charges, GST and other applicable costs.
