In its latest commodities outlook, JP Morgan Global Research forecasts that gold could average as much as $6,000 per ounce by the fourth quarter of 2026, with prices potentially reaching $6,300 by the end of 2027 while the prediction comes at a time when investor sentiment has cooled and bullion prices have entered a prolonged consolidation phase.
