India, Aug. 14 -- This morning, IIT Madras announced that it is postponing the official registration for GATE 2027. Now, the registration window for the engineering entrance exam is all set to start from late August.

IIT Madras has officially postponed the opening of the GATE 2027 application window. The institute updated the official exam timeline on the official portal for GATE 2027. The registration is now set to start from August 27, 2026 when the GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS) will open.
