India, Oct. 25 -- Macron is facing a crisis of confidence among the youth that can doom his party.

Starting in the national capital, Paris, youth in France have elected to hit the streets to protest against the Emmanuel Macron presidency. The reasons are many but may be summarized in a few sentences. The first is the widespread perception that the Elysee Palace is only concerned about the elite and not the common French citizen. The youth feel that President Macron is far too chummy with Big Business, especially Avions Marcel Dassault, the producer of the Mirage and Rafale fighter aircraft.
