India, May 26 -- Stefanos Tsitsipas punched his ticket to the second round of the French Open 2026 after his campaign opener ended abruptly on Court Philippe-Chatrier. The Greek tennis star was up against Alexandre Muller, who was forced to quit after reportedly sustaining an injury at Roland Garros. Tsitsipas had won the opening set and was dominating the second as well, when Muller chose to withdraw.
