India, March 27 -- Cricket Australia has recently come under fire for not allowing a fan to the Sheffield Shield final for wearing a "Free Imran Khan" T-shirt. The incident took place on day one of the match between South Australia and Victoria, when the fan, Luke Brown, was stopped by security and told the message was political.

After a review, Cricket Australia said that the fan would be permitted to enter. The board admitted that although the security personnel had done their job according to the normal protocols, the matter nonetheless required a second look.
