India, June 29 -- France Plane Crash Latest Update: Eleven people were killed after a small aircraft carrying skydivers crashed near Tomblaine in eastern France on Sunday. The plane, operated by a skydiving school, went down shortly after taking off from Nancy-Essey Airfield. All 11 people on board died, including the pilot, five skydiving instructors and five people who were about to make their first ever skydive. The aircraft crashed near the edge of the airfield, close to a residential area and a shopping centre. Local officials said the plane narrowly missed nearby houses.
