India, July 24 -- India's sub-junior men's and women's teams continued their impressive run at the FIH Youth Hockey5s Asian Championship 2026, registering commanding victories in their Elite Pool fixtures on Thursday. While the women's side thrashed Kazakhstan 10-0, the men's team defeated Bangladesh 8-3 to maintain their unbeaten streak in the tournament.

The Indian women's team dominated proceedings from the very first minute. Nausheen Naz gave India a dream start with two goals early in the game, helping the side take an early 2-0 lead. While the scoreline remained unchanged until halftime, India shifted gears after the break, adding eight more goals to wrap up a one-sided victory.
