India, June 20 -- India were in complete control from start to finish as they crushed Chile 6-0 to march into the final of the FIH Hockey Women's Nations Cup in Auckland. The win kept India unbeaten in the tournament and extended their strong run to four matches, with the team once again showing its attacking edge in a one-sided semifinal.
Navneet Kaur and Deepika led the charge with two goals each, setting the tone early and never allowing Chile a way back into the contest. Neha and Rutuja Dadaso Pisal also got on the scoresheet as India kept the pressure on throughout, turning the semifinal into another statement performance on their road to the title clash.
