India, June 26 -- FIFA has taken very firm measures against some serious acts of foul play. The football organization's global authority has given Qatar footballer Assim Madibo a very stringent five-match sanction after the latter, with a rough tackle, had broken the leg of Canada midfielder Ismael Kone during their World Cup group stage match.
