Mercedes' teenage star Kimi Antonelli has secured the pole position, celebrating his father's birthday in the best way possible. Right next to him on the front row will be Red Bull's Max Verstappen.

Kimi Antonelli Takes Pole

The qualifying session was not easy as the track conditions kept changing, but 19-year-old Italian Kimi Antonelli put together a stunning lap of 1 minute and 44.361 seconds. This gave him his sixth pole position of the season and a 25-point lead in the championship.
