India, May 3 -- The recently released exit polls for the 2026 West Bengal Assembly elections point to a possible shift in voting behaviour, particularly among women voters. Several survey agencies indicate that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) may have made significant gains within a demographic that has traditionally supported the Trinamool Congress (TMC).
