India, July 3 -- A daredevil couple known for their extreme skyscraper-climbing stunts was arraigned Thursday on multiple felony charges after scaling the spire of the Empire State Building without safety equipment, unfurling a banner, and appearing to get engaged roughly 1,454 feet above Manhattan in a stunt that briefly forced the shutdown of the building's broadcast antenna.
