India, Aug. 24 -- Raphinha delivered at his best on his La Liga return. The Barcelona captain, after a difficult FIFA World Cup campaign, bounced back with a statement performance in the season opener against Elche CF. Raphinha scored a goal and also provided an assist in the first half as Barcelona secured a commanding two-goal lead in the away La Liga 2026-27 fixture. Karim Adeyemi was exceptional on his Barcelona debut. The German winger pulled off a wonderful finish to double their lead just ahead of the interval.
