India, July 30 -- A magnitude 3.9 earthquake struck near Sagbayan, Bohol on Thursday morning, with light tremors felt in parts of Cebu and Bohol. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS), the quake was tectonic in origin and no damage or aftershocks are expected.
