India, March 27 -- The case of a Dutch court dealing a major legal blow to xAI has decided that its AI-powered chatbot Grok can no longer produce non-consensual naked pictures. The ruling is one of the first big lawsuits against artificial intelligence tools that are alleged to produce sexualised deepfakes without consent. The decision is in line with increasing global interest in misuse of AI and the necessity to tighten the iron fist as the technology develops at an alarming pace.
