India, Aug. 14 -- Dow futures edged lower on Friday, August 14, as investors turned cautious amid rising oil prices and renewed uncertainty surrounding the U.S.-Iran conflict. Wall Street was also assessing fresh economic data and the Federal Reserve's interest-rate outlook after the S&P 500 closed at a record high in the previous session.

Futures Trade Lower

Dow E-mini futures were down around 0.12% in early trading on Friday, according to Reuters. In contrast, S&P 500 futures gained about 0.07%, while Nasdaq 100 futures rose around 0.18%, pointing to a mixed opening for U.S. stocks.
