India, Aug. 13 -- The possibility of a Donald Trump presidential bid in 2028 has again returned to the centre of US political debate, but the president has now openly acknowledged the constitutional roadblock standing in his way.

Speaking to reporters at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland on Tuesday night, Trump said he would like to run again but admitted that US law places a powerful limit on such a move.
