India, Aug. 20 -- More than 600 bags of frozen raw dog food have been pulled from shelves after federal testing confirmed salmonella contamination linked to three reported pet illnesses, prompting a fresh warning to owners across 11 states.
Connecticut-based pet food manufacturer Oma's Pride announced the recall on Monday, covering a single lot of its Woof Complete Canine Chicken Recipe. The company said 639 bags were affected, all carrying a manufacturing date of January 27, 2026, and a best-by date of January 27, 2029.
