DMK & Congress Express Opposition to Delimitation Bill; Centre Likely to Omit Bill From Monsoon Parliamentary Session
India, July 17 -- The Central government's proposed bill on delimitation, has proved to be highly divisive, with parties like the INC & the DMK openly slammed it. As a result, there is a high likelihood that the bill won't feature in the upcoming monsoon session of Parliament.

This morning, multiple opposition parties spoke up against the Central government's proposed delimitation bill. Speaking to reporters, the INC's general secretary KC Venugopal declared that it will strongly oppose any bills relating to constitutional amendments.
