India, July 5 -- Just hours after Satluj was taken down from ZEE5 in India, Diljit Dosanjh shared a post where he paid tribute to human rights activist Jaswant Singh Khalra, the man he portrays in the film.

Instead of addressing the film's removal, the actor shared a powerful clip from Satluj along with a caption: "#ichallengethedarkness Shaheed Jaswant Singh Khalra Ji #Panjab95 SATLUJ Naal V Oh Hee Hoyea Jo Khalra Saab Naal Hoyea c."

The post came shortly after ZEE5 confirmed that Satluj would remain unavailable for streaming in India until further notice.
