India, Sept. 18 -- Denmark and Bulgaria meet in the Davis Cup World Group I on September 18 and 19, with plenty of attention on two of the biggest names in the tie, Holger Rune and Grigor Dimitrov.

Fans will finally get to see Rune returning to competitive tennis after an 11-month injury layoff. Dimitrov, meanwhile, is back in the Bulgarian Davis Cup team for the first time since 2015.

The tie will be played over two days, with the first nation to win three of the five matches securing the victory.

The winner will move into the Davis Cup Qualifiers 2027, putting them one step closer to the Davis Cup Finals.

The losing team will instead have to play a World Group I play-off in February 2027 to retain its place at that level.
