India, Sept. 3 -- A Delta Air Lines flight bound for Orlando was forced to turn back to Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport (MSP) shortly after takeoff on Monday, after the crew reported a medical issue involving a pilot, the airline confirmed.

Delta Flight 1208, a Boeing 757-300 carrying 178 passengers and seven crew members, departed MSP at around 11.29 am local time before the flight crew interrupted its climb at roughly 7,000 feet and requested priority handling from air traffic control. The aircraft landed back at MSP safely about 19 minutes after departure, according to data from the flight-tracking website FlightAware.
