India, Aug. 24 -- Several parts of Delhi are facing a red weather warning on Monday, with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) cautioning residents about intense rainfall, thunderstorms, lightning and strong winds. The warning, issued through the IMD's district-level nowcast system at 11.10 am, remains in force until 2.10 pm. The weather agency has forecast rainfall exceeding 15 mm per hour in the areas covered by the warning.
