India, April 19 -- The Delhi government has released its draft Electric Vehicle (EV) Policy 2.0 (2026-2030), outlining an ambitious roadmap to significantly reduce vehicular pollution and transition the capital towards clean mobility. The draft policy, currently open for public consultation, proposes a mix of financial incentives, regulatory measures, and infrastructure expansion to boost EV adoption across vehicle segments.
One of the key highlights of the draft policy is the continuation of strong financial incentives for EV buyers.
