India, Aug. 31 -- The proposed Akshardham-Jewar elevated expressway has crossed a key planning milestone after the Noida Authority approved its revised alignment. The project will create a direct elevated connection between East Delhi and Noida International Airport in Jewar. The corridor is intended to offer an alternative to existing congested routes and improve access to the airport from several parts of Delhi and the National Capital Region.
