India, Sept. 29 -- Delhi School Holidays in October 2026: October will be quite an important month for Delhi schools with Gandhi Jayanti, Dussehra and Maharishi Valmiki Jayanti marking some of the major events during the month.

According to the Delhi government holiday notification, the holidays in the month of October 2026 are October 2, October 20 and October 26. The month of October is also important for the students since there is an opportunity of having more holidays during the Dussehra celebrations however, the actual number of holidays will vary depending on different schools.
