India, July 10 -- Delhi School Holiday Today (July 10): Continuous rains due to the monsoon season have again put Delhi-NCR in the limelight with India Meteorological Department (IMD) warning about an Orange Alert due to heavy rains and thunderstorms along with gusty winds. Though the rains have been welcome with the much needed respite from the high levels of humidity, they have caused disruption in day to day affairs through waterlogging in many areas along with traffic jams and other inconveniences. Since the situation is uncertain at the moment, the concern for the citizens of Delhi-NCR is whether the schools, colleges and offices will be functioning normally on July 10.
