Chief Minister Rekha Gupta outlined an ambitious roadmap for the national capital's development at the 11th Governing Council meeting of NITI Aayog, highlighting plans for infrastructure expansion, education reforms, women's welfare and environmental restoration as part of Delhi's contribution to the national goal of "Viksit Bharat@2047".
