India, Sept. 5 -- D.C is witnessing yet another round of unsettled weather and intense heat, with thunderstorms threatening damaging winds, heavy rainfall, large hail and possible tornadoes. According to the weather department, a severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 9 p.m.; meanwhile, some other areas have already received warnings.
