India, Sept. 25 -- Dark Matter Season 2 takes a surprising detour in Episode 5, titled Love and Be Loved. Instead of continuing directly with Jason, Daniela, Charlie and Amanda, the episode follows another Jason who has been left behind after the other versions of him stop fighting for the Dessen family. And what starts as a story about a man who has lost everything slowly becomes something much more hopeful.

This Jason almost gives up on life. But instead of ending his journey, he uses the Box one more time and finds a world where his mother is still alive. He takes care of his mother. He helps other versions of himself. He discovers carpentry. He meets Maria. He loses his mother. He loses Maria. And then, eventually, he gets another ch...
