India, May 29 -- On Friday, May 29, 2026, the Delhi High Court issued a notice regarding a petition filed by Abhijeet Dipke, the founder of the 'Cockroach Janata Party,' which challenges the suspension of the party's X (formerly Twitter) account. At the same time, the court directed the Review Committee of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology to look into Dipke's case, while granting him permission to appear before them virtually.
