The action comes after the satire group's platform reportedly witnessed a massive surge and acquired 10 lakh sign-ups within a few hours, according to claims made by the group. The founder Abhijeet Dipke further said that the takedown is "dictatorial" and is an attempt to suppress a fast-growing online movement that satirises politics, and has seen a large following especially among young people.
