India, June 6 -- For some Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) supporters, the protest journey seems to have started even before they reached the protest site, like seriously, long before that. According to reports, CJP member Jaidev Dagar and a few of his friends were detained at Sampla Police Station while travelling from Haryana to Delhi to join the gathering at Jantar Mantar. The Rohtak-Bahadurgarh highway, meanwhile, has turned into more than just a route to the capital. With police keeping a close watch, vehicles are being checked, and protesters heading toward Delhi are reportedly facing increased scrutiny. In simple terms, getting to the protest may be proving almost as challenging as participating in it.
