India, Nov. 7 -- Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy has been released from Johns Hopkins Hospital following a stroke and will spend several weeks in rehab before returning to the US Senate. The 53-year-old Democrat announced the update on Friday, saying he had made further progress in his health but assured constituents he was on track to make a full recovery. Murphy's hospitalization was announced on November 1, with prayers for his recovery pouring in from both Democrats and Republicans.
