India, May 29 -- The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has postponed the opening of its Class 12 verification and re-evaluation portal, delaying the process for students seeking review of their answer sheets after the 2026 board results.

The board was earlier expected to activate the Post-Result Activities portal on May 29. However, CBSE has now confirmed that the portal will open on June 1, 2026, instead.

The decision comes amid efforts by the board to strengthen the online system and ensure that students face no technical problems while submitting applications for verification and re-evaluation.
