If Cape Verde manage a win in Houston on June 26, they will book their tickets to the Round of 32. They are currently third in the Group H standings, sharing the same two points as the second-placed Uruguay. The islanders could also top the group if Spain, who are leading with four points, lose to Uruguay in their last game.
