India, Sept. 11 -- Attention travelers! North bound travelers will soon have another option for their journeys. As the British government is launching 29 battery powered fleet of trains under the TransPennine express. The new fleet will also generate nearly 6,000 jobs in a major economic boost.

The Labour government released a new press release this afternoon, that announced the launch of a brand train fleet aimed at the Northern region of England. The fleet will feature 29 new battery powered trains that will come under the TransPennine Express.
