India, Sept. 10 -- BRICS Summit 2026 Delhi Traffic: Delhi is preparing for a high-security weekend as World leaders and foreign delegations arrive for the BRICS Summit 2026 at Bharat Mandapam in Pragati Maidan. For ordinary commuters, the biggest impact will be on road travel, with the Delhi Traffic Police preparing diversions, controlled corridors and temporary restrictions across several parts of the capital.

The traffic plan covers more than 35 roads and 22 diversion points. Authorities will regulate movement to facilitate the travel of VIP convoys and international delegations during the summit period from September 11 to 13. A motorcade rehearsal is also scheduled, adding to the traffic restrictions around key routes.
