India, Aug. 25 -- An autopsy report released by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has found cocaine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone and several other prescription medications in the system of late Memphis Grizzlies forward Brandon Clarke at the time of his death. The report was released on Monday, August 24.

According to the medical examiner, the prescription medications detected in Clarke's system were present at "therapeutic levels." The findings provide further details surrounding the death of the former NBA player.
