India, June 26 -- Brad Pitt has secured a legal victory in his long running dispute with ex-wife Angelina Jolie over Chateau Miraval, the French winery they once owned together. According to new court documents, accessed by People, a California court has granted a request from Pitt's legal team to move forward with depositions involving members of the Stoli Group.

The actor believes these individuals have important information about Jolie's 2021 decision to sell her stake in the winery to Tenute del Mondo, the wine division of the Stoli Group.

The latest ruling marks another development in the years long legal fight between the former Hollywood couple over the ownership and sale of the business.
